Through the Light & Legacy Foundation, Maria Matarelli has dedicated her work to helping people improve their quality of life and create meaningful impact. She has developed transformational programs, including co-creating the Path & Purpose Program Powered by Personal Agility, which combines proven business frameworks with personal development to empower people to overcome challenges, achieve results, and thrive. Maria is especially passionate about supporting veterans in transition, providing training and coaching that open doors to greater success, health, and fulfillment.
Alongside her nonprofit work, Maria delivers leadership programs, keynote talks, and workshops worldwide, helping individuals and organizations achieve breakthrough results. She also hosts KYA KLUB, an exclusive mastermind and luxury networking experience where entrepreneurs, investors, and creators gather to align their path and purpose while keeping their competitive edge. Maria is dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to push past limiting beliefs and achieve states of higher performance and have more fulfillment in life.
